TCL Information Page

If your reading this, its probably because the ./configure couldn't find TCL, or you're wondering what it is.  To be honest, I'm not the earth's gift to TCL information.  TCL is used as a scripting language.  It is NOT a programming language like C, VisualBasic, etc.  TCL is what allows the bot to do what it does.  It contains keyword commands to simplify and speed up often complicated tasks.  It is similar to Macros that you would setup on MS Word.
