IRCAdmin.Net is FOR SALE!

IRCAdmin.Net has been around for 8 years. In that time it grew from a website I wrote when I was in high school and getting only a few visitors a month to a large website catering to hundreds of information-seekers and thousands of mIRC downloaders a day. I have never advertised on my site and as such, I have not made any money off of it. However, I feel my time with IRCAdmin.Net is finished. With that, I am offering IRCAdmin.Net for sale. I am the sole owner and operator of the site and it's contents. I am not setting a price, but I will only consider serious offers with a fair price.

Prior to discontinuing the mIRC download site (In March of 2005), IRCAdmin.Net served over 400,000 'hits' per month and transmitted over 250GB per month of data (based on March 2005 statistics). With mIRC download site removed, this dropped to just over 100,000 'hits' and 1.5GB of data transmitted (based on April 2005 statistics). Today, it averages between 15,000 - 20,000 hits per month. When imagining why such a drastic change in bandwidth, keep in mind that 300,000 downloads of mIRC at 1MB for the app and 100KB for the FAQ adds up!

IRCAdmin.Net is listed in many search engines and has a large word-of-mouth userbase. Advertising by IRCAdmin.Net is currently limited to reciprocal links with related websites. The webpages (with the exception of the 'Official Eggdrop' pages) were written entirely by me. Most of the pages utilize PHP, also written entirely by me. Included in this is the Eggdrop pages, BNC pages, self-updating mIRC download page, fully dynamic Guestbook, HOT Guys/Girls page, Shell list and more.

Included with the domain is all of the webpages and their source code. To ensure transition I can recode the pages to work on your server. Sorry, this webhosting account is not transferrable. All references to myself and my other domains (i.e. LtGen.Net) will be removed. The Domain registration is valid until November 18th, 2010.
